    Feed Tire Kits

So we use the MX753DF kits for the DSPF's from the 4141 series all the way up to 3071 series.

We also use the AR620RT kits up until the 5141 series, unless they specifically use the black hub rollers(NROLR1466FCAZ).

We rarely used the MX311 and 312RT kits, as we didn't have many of those the 314 and 316 series.

Also, on the RSPF, we would use the NROLR1311FCZZ from a long time ago, and cut the tab off, and it works just fine through the 3051/6051 series. Anyone else do this?

Are there any other feed roller kits worth looking into? Our supply manager found a kit for the 3070/3071(before they updated the separation roller), but it was the cost of 2 of the rollers, and we typically end up replacing the separation roller twice before the transport roller (NROLR2126).

And this is what I have in my bag (but I can't remember which one is for what without seeing them) :

    AR620RT x4 The old standard
    C31RT I think they're for cassette 2-4 on C301W
    753DF DSPF
    NROLR2KITFCZZ x2 CR4
    NROLR3KITFCZZ x2 CR5
NROLR1466FCZ2 x4 (replace the AR620RT on the M7570 and equivalent)
    NROLR1555FCAZ x2 and NROLR1542FCAZ x1 RSPF (and I've just checked, 155 was for ... 2600 models, why did I order this one ??? I should replace them with NROLR1541FCAZ)

For the record, I've fucked up big time by replacing the standard NROLR1466FCZ2 on our M7570 (and equivalent) with the green one (NROLR1467FCZ2 and NROLR1682FCZZ) from M904 (and equivalent) because "they're clearly better, they're green, right ?"
Well, the green one are designed only for the speed of the M904 (and equivalent) and I had to go back on ALL our copiers to replace them with AR620RT, and then with NROLR1466FCZ2

We stopped using AR620 RT and use MX-850RT / And MX-850DF (document feeder) for the feed kits, little more expensive but they last longer and we go back left often to replace rollers.

So since it seems like they're interchangeable, have you tried using the 850RT in place of the NROLR1466FCAZ(black hub), that goes in the tandem trays of the Polaris series? We have a 8081 in the field that I noticed the tires were already worn out and figured there was no way, as tray 3 and 4 are the 850 tire... turns out that 1 and 2 (tandems) are the 1466FCAZ, which only last 100k.

Even more confusing, the latest Polaris Pro (BP-90C80) use

For the tandem 1 and 2
          NROLR1467FCZ3
          NROLR2245FCZZ
          NROLR2246FCZZ

          For the 3 and 4
NROLR2245FCZZ Paper feed separate roller (instead of pickup)
          NROLR1466FCZ2
          NROLR2246FCZZ

I had a lot of problem with the 850RT, did you put them on all models possible ?

What is that kit part number for the US? We can't get the NROLR3KITFCZZ here.

Only issue we have (but not sure if its an LCC issue MX-LC12) is that the rollers gets a groove/flat spot. But I've only seen it at an account where they do at least 10-20k weekly. Machine was installed and withing 11 months had 4.5 mil prints. MX-M1206. Other than that it has saved us not having to go back as often to replace rollers.

On the slower units under 62 PPM i use the 850RT kits.

On the faster units I use the 850RT as the feed roller and the 1466 as the separation roller. (Get flat spots on the separation roller if you use the kit) Seems to work better that way for us.

My man I think your making your job harder, I just carry NROLR2125FCZZ Pick Up Roller,NROLR2120FCZZ Separate roller for both of the slots I just cut the holder in one of them to avoid carrying 3 types of rollers for the MX-(M)30XX series/BP series and anything that uses AR-620RT I just use 850RT, been using 850's for years now and no issues and it avoids service calls just to replace rollers. MX-850DF for the doc feeders. instead of 753DF
