To the Admin posted on behalf of member taken from Konica Minolta forum

I think this post may slip through Aneurysm radar and Synthohol's posts and character are being always beyond any good reputation one may give him so I will take it as it is from Konica Minolta forum and post here.

might i suggest you stand up to your obviously sodomizing captor(s), fight back and try to make the rest of your life socially acceptable with some meaning other than being remembered as a neo-maxi-zoom dweebie.
oh, and get some salve for your obviously overstretched anus, its gotta sting by now no?

to the Admin of this forum, I may not be a founding member with 10+ thousand posts but i fucking care about this site and would like to keep at least this (konica) forum clean and free of garbage posts like this one.
ive reported spam and other bullshit posts\threads and on occasion they disappear but most times they stay like like crispy cum stains on a dark colored shirt.

i have years of experience of being a mod and later an admin of a vB BBS like this, we created a deadpool forum only visible to "staff" and we would move the offending posts to that hidden forum and kept the professionalism and welcoming demeanor without the occasional immature posts like this one.

we redirected (called out) members when they stepped out of line but we did it privately through PM after moving the offending post.

that being said, i find the rants and raves section as a chunky bloody 2nd trimester miscarriage on the floor of a public library for all to see.
im so ashamed at the behavior of some of the members here i dont allow myself to even view that forum anymore as i have blocked it in my browser.

does this site have a mission statement? if so id check the accuracy of what was intended vs what is going on.

i dont remember anyone at SMARKA ever attacking anyone personally like they do in the political (and other) threads here.
anyone that started any shit was banned or suspended until they learned to play nice with others even if they disagree.

i didnt want to say all this in a public forum but since it seems like this site is now a free-for-all with little or no moderation nobody probably gives a flying fuck to the left anyway...

    prove me wrong please.

Spammer aside, (who I usually like to spam back in their native tongue) how does one complain about the actions of some members in R & R but opens with calling someone an anally stretched pedophile?
"Chunky bloody 2nd trimester miscarriage" is also an interesting choice of words for someone calling for decorum.

Still looking spam is getting into tech's forums isn't it?

And please don't mistake wordings to spam bots with replying to other techs problems there's nothing to be compared.

Back on track we are small community and we need help from Admin that's all about. Nothing more nothing less.

I think the admin here made a big positive step taking the political crap and isolating to the rant & rave forum (although it took several years). Like I've posted before these few members can fight it out there and we dont have to see any of it. For years now I've had a desktop icon that brought me right to the Kon/Min forum avoiding the home page that was held hostage by this political hate group. Now I can visit home page and perhaps help with other brands not being limited to just Kon/Min.

At this point I don't see a need for moderators. Spam, etc is very rare from what I see but mostly visit Kon/Min forum so maybe I'm missing it. I do know that when I've alerted admin to spam, etc it was removed rather quickly.

You will never have a perfect forum with mods or not. Just my opinion.

Actually he just he didn't isolate the political crap to the rant & rave forum. He removed to the rant & rave forum posts What's New. The worst offenders are still have posting wherever they want. And they are still attacking other members in technical posts. For instance there is an IT person who has the attitude that a mere copier tech IT could not possibly know more than a certificated IT person.

Like I posted no forum will ever be perfect unless you password the site and limit members. Of course if no mods then the admin has to be pro-active removing the trouble makers, spam, etc.

Just keep reporting the offenders when they crawl out from under their rock and make their way into the tech forums. Eventually they will be banned from this site.

No mods. That be the main problem. We at least need to a few members who have a way to contact the admin directly when they see something that needs to be taken care of. I can remember when Aneurysm was one of if not the first one to greet new members on Newbie Check In.

Although I think Synthohol would be great Moderator I tend to agree with this post.

I agree that removing the R & R from the front page should have been done long ago. To be honest, I stopped coming to this site for a while because of the excessive political posts. While I do enjoy a spirited debate, the main purpose of this site is to exchange technical information.
That being said, I think that R & R is great the way it is because, as the rules say, "anything goes". You can say whatever you like, and some mod isn't going to ban you for exercising free speech. Sure, some of the posts are completely unhinged, but in my opinion that is the beauty of it. Spend an hour on 4chan and R & R will look like kindergarten.

I see many knowledgeable techs sinking in the mud of R & R into timeless mindless and sometimes even insane debates. This is poison. Add bots and spammers and we are overwhelmed like techs and professionals forum to the point where we're no longer community. This is sad and against my belief.

Guys questioning Synthohol's motives and loyalty emphasizing on his wordings towards internet bot... common you should be ashamed!
