    Xerox D95 Image Defekt

    Hello, dear community members!

I am experiencing an issue with my Xerox D95, it is an image defect. The image stretches and doubles. Please refer to the attached files containing an original PDF and the corresponding printed page. I have two D95 machines, and I've tried swapping almost every component, including the Registration Unit, Transfer Belt Unit, Drum Unit, and Fuser Unit, "Xero. Deve. Transfer Belt Drive" but nothing has resolved the problem.

Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you!

Where is the lead edge on the image?
Do you see same 'defect' on transfer belt?

      A3 or A4 paper?
I think that D95 do not have transfer belt on which you can see defect.
Image is transferred from drum to paper directly.
Print test print 6 from diagnostic on A3 paper and post pic here

Thank you very much for your so quick answer!
The up edge is lead, the problem is in the tale part of the sheet.
I don't know how to make a stop copy to see the image on the transfer belt. Please advise.

You can not see image on belt.
D95 do not have IBT. Image is tranferred from drum to paper.
Print test pattern 6 from diagnostic on A3 paper

Here it is. I have made a firmware update and completeNVM Initialization and the problem turned upside down, now it starts on the lead edge.

You fuser motor work faster then drum motor.
You have to check nvm for fine adjust for drum motor and for fuser.

Should I play with NVM 741-001 and 744-162?

Yes, try first with drum fine adjustment

You are an magician! Thank you so much! I have spent a week, trying to fix it, and now it works! Drum speed was already increased by previous owner, decreasing lead to jams, so I have increased a fuser speed and now the printer works just fine!
Thanks again and I wish you all the best from Prague!
