That's odd. I honestly haven't had to use that in ages. How do you have the HDD attached to your PC? I always used a USB to EIDE adapter. I think this was because attaching it to a PC never worked. You might ask in that thread because there's more people likely familiar with it that have used it recently. Are you sure the HDD is good?
