    Forgive the delay in my reply. Here are the instructions that "Cipher" so kindly, and quickly shared with me:

    Fuser PM reset

    1. Hold the 'up' and 'down' arrowns together for 5 seconds or longer.

    2. Release the arrow keys and press the 'enter' key.

    3. Select '2. Engine'

    4. Go to SP7804-016 (PM Counter Reset>Fuser) and excute.

    5. Turn the machine off and on.

    All done.
