Hi Paul, I don't know if I fixed it or not but I had another ir3530 machine with a jam right before the reg. roller. I switched the middle feed ass'y with the machine that had the e0110-0002 error, and now both machines are working fine. That was last thursday. I just took over 20 canon ir3530 machines that were n contract with someone else. Could the feed units been installed wrong? I really want to find out if this fixed it. I'm baffled!
