Hello,I never did any upgrades to scaner,and if you add 256 RAM and I think MXNSX1 scan key (same as at ARM 256). Where to input software key: I think- key operator program, next five times zero,next product key , input 20 digits scan key. This is procedure for AR M450,must be the same for your model too. Tray to contact some other guys to,to be sure for my step.
