    Thank you. I can fix most anything with a manual, but prefer to stick with Ricoh (all products) probably because I feel most comfortable with them. Have been bleeding Ricoh Red for 20+ years along with some HP thrown in. I do connectivity on them as well.
    I'm a California native.
    The only thing I have an issue with right now is a Canon DR 3080CII need a service/parts maunal for that bugger and having no luck.
    Other OEMs I've worked on include Canon, Panasonic, Sharp, ABDick (gotta love that brand name), and some I'd rather forget like Toshita (yes that's the way I spell it)...but those were several years back. My dealer is primary Ricoh but for some larger Ricoh customers we will do other brands just until we can replace them with Ricoh.
