Not sure if you can get this info or not....
Make sure that you have print enabled on the IR2270 first. press your counter check button and see if it states a PCL or URFII installed. Even though the machine has a net connector does not mean you can print to it. You even may be able to ping. still wont work with out the print enabled upgrade( not standard )
