My Xerox Document centre 490ST has been working correctly, as a copier and network printer, until the moment I wanted to activate its network scanner utility, when some unfortunate manipulations led to completely deactivate the device network controller: each time I start the machine, and after some minutes, I receive the message " the network controller is not available, contact the machine's responsible". right now, I can only use it as a copier. Could you help me?
