    Memory on the main body is dropping that much? I would have to say that there is something up with that particular file, a large image embedded in it. If it is a PDF, try printing as image. If it is not a PDF, see if they can save the file as a PDF and print as image.

    In the past, the hard drives used to be used as part of image processing, but since version 15, this is no longer the case. Pity really, since the hard drives are virtually useless and would have helped a little here.

    You reduced the memory on the Fiery, so there might be a correlation to that, though how I am not sure. There is a memory patch for version 1.1, I am assuming you are using the latest system code tho.
