I have a Canon Imagerunner 8500 with an M2 RIP. It lost communication between the two and the rip appears to be functioning properly, I am concerened that we accidently cleared something in service mode that we now need to reset so the rip can aging communicate with the copier.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
