hi could somebody help me please. ihave a ricoh mpc4500 that keeps saying change toner i have replaced the pump unblocked the pipe if you force the toner through it gets to the unit in question. it seems to be alright then when the customer does a large run. it then flags up change toner. am i missing something or has anyone had this issue any help would be appreciated
