u have to reset with the Trouble reset procedure.
hold down the tools/counter button while power on with the main switch(behind the small white cover) (maybe it was 0 (zero) button instead)
and hold it until u have an black dot in upper corner of the display.
just wait for trouble reset in the display and then press it, and chek for ok under
turn off an then on after 10 sec
