Irc 3220 copy problem with the copy

I have a problem with the copy on IRC 3220 what could have been?Drums about 80%,fixing asembly looks good,ITB looks good,transfer cleaning unit new.Next week I'll be having fun with this error.Help is welcome.

Easy Fix = Remove the ITB unit and remove & clean both those metal underside plates.
u have a build up of toner on plate dragging on image

If teckat's solution doesn't help, run 11x17 samples and check for repetition. Alot of the marks in your samples are the same. Check fixing unit entrance plate for any debris or obstructions as well.

Do what Teckat said...that will fix it. Thats why they have the pan mod for 5185 family. Make sure nothing is warped

Teckat is 100% right,but don't leave the ITB without cover belt.you can have grounding
problems.Use this service bulletin and do it the right way.

The same error was repeated. I again have toner on underside metal plate.grrrrrr!!!!!

If i understand,you do nothing to prevent sliding ITB belt with the cover plate?

Interesting thing.By the canon Europe IRC3220 not have remedy for this issue.Only irc4080 and clc5151.Also part numbers are different.
Sometimes canon put different part numbers but parts are still the same.So i can't tell you 100%

never seen an update kit for iR3200 series, they did come out later with an updated COMPLETE ITB UNIT fot this series

New ITB units are availble for iR5180 series with updates installed.

No the remedy will not fit the 3200. What you need to do is replace the itb belt. It bends out on the egdes over time and scrapes off the grounding plate. Replace this and it will cure your problem.
