    [Jamming] The paper has jammed CANON iR6570/5570

    Display mess. >> Open the feeder cover (if any originals are left in the original feeding tray, remove them)

    But the paper in Feeder (ADF) is not present

              If this is indeed the error, rebuild the fuser assembly. If turning the green knob on the fuser assembly feels erratic, there are flat spots on the rollers, and this can cause the E014's...

                looks like there are two different issues going on for gensys. There E014 error and the ghost jams in the DADF. Curious if he is getting the remove jam after the machine power is cycled OFF/ON for the error code.

                      Hi <techkat> - my friend

                      After initialization of sensor controls the error passes but when the mashin reboots or joins - is switched off
                      again gives out an error 0014 even at disconnected ADF, can??? sets factory defaults may by?

                        E014 is a Fixing Unit error/check LFR/Fuser roller bearings


                        also check that the front door switch sitting correct.
                        Check & Adjust the magnet on the front door to depress the front door switch fully.

                        door switch not being closed correctly will cut the 24v to fix motor

                            As I previously stated,, the E014's are caused by the fuser, not a Document Feeder. As Teckat and I have stated, look to your fuser area for a solution...

                              U HAVE A FUSER ISSUE/
                              Either remove it to inspect-
                              or ignore it/ it's your choice


                              Flip a coin= Heads I Win/Tails U Lose

                              ERROR CODE:
                              E014-
                              0000 (fixing motor error)
                              After the fixing motor has gone on, the machine does not detect the phase lock signal for the fixing motor for
                              2 sec or more.

                              The PULL lock signal of the fixing motor
                              does not arrive for 2 sec even when the
                              fixing motor has been turned on.

                              - Check the connector for any fault in connection.
                              - Replace the motor. M3: fixing motor
