Have u run some single color PG5 Prints to isolate Color ???

        Pitch Lines and Gear Noise
Pitch lines from front to rear in one or more colors. A gear noise is present in the corresponding Developer Unit.

        Solution :
The issue may be with the developer drive gears skipping. To help determine this is the issue; try running a COPIER>FUNCTION>INSTALL>STIR-4 with the Developer Unit disengaged from the drum.

If the noise is absent try the following:
Replace the 35T Gear (FU6-0363-000) in the Developing Drive Assembly and the 41T Gear (FU6-0368-000) in the Developer Rail Assembly.

With the Process Unit removed, lift the rear of the Developing Rail Assembly to provide a better mesh for the drive gears.
