    Canon IR3570 curl on 11x17

Having issues with paper curl on the exit path with 11x17. It seems the flapper is causing the paper to curl and is putting indentations on the paper. Only does this on 11x17. Any help would be appreciated.

There were 2 back up rollers that were supposed to be removed in the top of the paper path, I don't have the images handy. If you research 0107 jamming here in this forum, you may run across the pictures I am referring to. Or Teckat will pop up with them, they may be the source of your issue...

Change the value of FX-FL-SP in service mode to +3.
To change the value of FX-FL-SP in service mode, perform the following.
        Service Mode > Copier > Adj > FX-FL-SP

Use it to enter a fine adjustment value for the fixing film speed when plain paper is used. Make a fine adjustment of the target control speed for the fixing film speed when plain paper is used.
        Setting range:
        -3 to 3 (Default: 0) (Unit: ms)

inspect or replace the 2nd Delivery Unit, part number
