[Jamming] Canon iRC3580~iRC2380 Jam cose 0107 & 0207

Hi,

Canon iRC3580 & iRC2380 getting jams in the fuser area ~jam codes 0107, 0207 and changed fuser unit to cure the fault.
What parts in the actual fuser unit are causing those jam codes?
What parts would need to be replaced in the 'faulty' fuser unit to get it back into a good working condition?
We currently have about five 'faulty' fuser units that could be refurbished and put back into use.

Any information or assistance provided would be very much appreciated.

normal rebuild is lower pressure roller with bushings and a fixing film unit

Hi

i have build the lower pressure roller and film unit on 2 fuser but still get above mentioned jam codes.

any further input please, got 5 fuser units doing the same and getting expensive changinh new fuser units all time

hi if you replace Fu5-1559-000 bushing

Fc7-2395-000 roller paper delivery

irc 2380 is going to improve a lot.
