Savin 8045EG with fuser exit jams

I have a Savin 8045EG that keeps coming up with fuser exit jams.....however, the paper never even makes it to the fuser. The only time that I've been able to get this machine to jam while I was there, the paper was jammed under the metal plate right above the registration roller. I'm not sure what is causing it to jam there I don't know if it could possibly be the transfer unit or what it could be. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Can be caused by the reg gude bar plus Clutches. Normally teh error on the smc report shows fuser exit error.
I normally replace this and the clutches and it never comes back

Ditto on the reg guide bar. The customers somehow manage to bend it. Had this problem several time. Sometimes you can get lucky and straighten it out without having to replace it.
