Insuficient pressure, insuficient temperature or plainly the rollers are bad.

Check the pressure (are the pressure levers correctly installed?)
Check the temperature (did someone lower the temperature to avoid SC542 errors?)
Check the rollers and replace them if everything else fails.

Change your hot roller and press roller, and depending on copy count I would also change the dev. I have had this many times and I just change all 3 to eliminate call back
Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change.

I checked the pressure levers and those correctly
                  the temperature did not changed
and roller has worked under 250k
what about code 3001 (ID sensor Drum initialization) ?

The PM cycle on this fuser is only 150k. If you have under 250k, it is likely in need of some parts.

Initializing the ID sensor is probably not going to change anything in regards to your problem.

overtoning will cause raised print, too

please about overtunering and what action must be preformed in these situations?
whether TD sensor initialization again solve the problem and supply lower toner ?

It is possible to detone the developer by running black copies with the cartridge out but it is generally better to start with a fresh bag of developer and set the autotone and ID sensor from there.
