Could someone tell me what this errors means and how I might be able to reset it? I realize resetting it won't fix the problem, but I'm trying to regain ability to scan while I wait on my completely worthless dealer to attempt to fix it (they are on the verge of going out of busienss and I'm stuck in a lease).

F2-67 relates to a yellow toner supply trouble. To clear error, press #, *, C, *, enter 14 and press the start copy button. If code returns, replace yellow toner cartridge; if that doesn't help, you have a problem with the developing unit or a clogged toner transport pipe."You can't trust your eyes, if your mind is out of focus" --

Zootech is right. If resetting it doesn't help you, unfortunately you will need to wait for your worthless dealer to come out and fix it. I hope they know what's up with it.Comment
