The IRS and other such federal entities have crawled up his ass and camped there for decades!!
He has tax credits from the Feds, pays millions in taxes most years, and has been under an audit for over a decade.......and guess what??.......They haven't found a damn thing wrong!
All they can say is "He used the tax system and the tax laws that we created to his advantage, like any smart businessman would do".

The audit and investigations are not over. The founding fathers never dreamed a crook would get elected so a sitting president can avoid indictments. Once Trump is no longer president, he will be going to jail.

As the pandemic rages, President Donald Trump lashes out at election returns and President-elect Joe Biden prepares for a new administration, the Supreme Court heard oral arguments to discuss whether to invalidate the linchpin of the nation's health care system.
The Trump administration and several Republican-led states are asking the court to strike down the law, 10 years after it was passed, potentially impacting millions of Americans. Should Roberts and Kavanaugh, at the very least, side with the court's three liberals, the law would remain intact.
Roberts said simply that if Trump and Republicans wanted to kill the law, they could have done it.

"I think it's hard for you to argue that Congress intended the entire act to fall if the mandate was struck down when the same Congress that lowered the penalty to zero did not even try to repeal the rest of the act," Roberts told the attorney representing Texas, one of the states fighting the law.

"I think, frankly, that they wanted the court to do that, but that's not our job," Roberts added.

I will say this for the hundredth time TRUMP PRE PAID his taxes to the tunes of 5.4million$

if you are a US resident, you can estimate what the next years taxes will be and PRE PAY that amount. Nothing wrong with that since it's in the tax regulations.

also paying to a NON PROFIT org can allow you a deduction on taxes.

perfectly legal despite what CNN tells you.

if you are a US resident, you can estimate what the next years taxes will be and PRE PAY that amount. Nothing wrong with that since it's in the tax regulations.

Nobody is denying Trump prepaid millions.

We were talking about the ongoing audit for the $71 million refund. It only paused because he was elected. Once out of office the audit will continue asking questions about all those deductions. As well as the investigation into a $130,000 business deduction. Trump will wind up in jail for tax evasion.
