Remember, by the time Kamala Harris will not be sworn in as Vice President until after Joe Biden is sworn in as President. By that time Donald Trump will no longer be the sitting President and therefore cannot be impeached.

As for the 25th Amendment that is a moot question. The critical part of the 25th Amendment is that the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office. There is also the fact that when the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that no inability exists, he shall resume the powers and duties of his office. There is also the fact that it deals with a President being either physically, due to injury or illness, or mentally unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office.

He was investigated and prosecuted by the Nixon Justice Department.

Dominion Voting Systems filed a defamation lawsuit against lawyer Sidney Powell on Friday, seeking at least $1.3 billion US for Powell's "wild accusations" that the company rigged the presidential election for Joe Biden.

"Dominion brings this action to set the record straight," the company, which has headquarters in Colorado and Toronto, said in the suit filed in federal court in Washington.
