No, I am not arguing that trump posted it. I read it, it was funny so I commented on it.
I am just pointing out that you constantly say snopes is a left wing shill, but when they publish something you agree with they are accurate. It's kinda funny

Someone posted something bogus. I could track down all the evidence that it's bogus, or I could post a snopes link. That seemed the easier way to go.

I don't know what I've said about snopes in the past, but if they're wrong about something, I'll argue the point. If they happen to lean towards the left, that doesn't make them useless, but it certainly doesn't make them infallible.

I don't think in generalities. If someone is wrong about something, I don't use the evidence that they are leftist to prove them wrong. I might point it out, but it's never used as evidence. What's more, since snopes is the bible to some people, it seemed like the easiest way to end the bogus claim. I can see now that snopes is only right when they lean left.

I'm not going to go through and post all the proofs that this tweet was bogus. I'm just going to say it is, and trust that it wouldn't matter what I posted in the way of evidence--you and BS man2 are going to think whatever you think, unhindered by reality.

I didn't post it, I just commented on it. It seemed like something trump would say.
Sometimes a post is just provided to add some levity. And this one did that.
Politics isn't my identity. I feel no compulsion to defend a politician, left or right. I don't care if you want to take pot shots at the leader of my country, and I don't understand some peoples need to come the a politicians rescue.

And in a very short period of time it most likely will go back up. Right now you have a lot of people selling to take their profits out. Once it bottoms out somewhere above the level where they originally bought in, they will start buying back in and the market will once again go up. By this time next year it will have once again set new high will once again see a major profit taking correction.

This is my greatest fear for the USA. If China, the largest buyer of US debt, ever decides to stop buying US Treasury debt, the US economy will tank and probably the global economy shortly thereafter.

China itself is now way deep in debt but it's largest trading partner is the USA.

I am not a budget deficit hawk but the level of US debt is getting scary and President Trump "aka the King of debt" is adding fuel to the fire. Witness the recent tax reform program which will add up to $1.7 trillion dollars in debt over ten years. The recent permanent corporate tax cuts from 35% to 21% reduce revenues to the Treasury but help make America corporation more competitive.

A lot of hopes are pinned on the USA being able to grow the economy out of debt. With the recent historical 1,100 point DOW drop, high levels of growth are not guaranteed.

Between 2016 and 2027 US debt is expected to grow from $16B to $30B.

Trump can be in office no later than 2020 or 2024. Something major is going to blow up with debt by the year 2030. The game of musical chairs with regards to debt is going to end with either this President or the next.
