I know you take this at face value... but the man is working with people from other countries and with members of Congress while on the links.... unlike Obama who golfed with his buddies and Tiger W. BESIDES we aren't having to pay for his stay or golfing... unlike Obama who would go golfing and then da Mooch would take the girls and go to Hawaii so we were paying for 4 jets in the air plus housing - shopping/golfing.

There are massive costs for President Trump to travel that include Air Force 1, security, overtime, overworked and exhausted Special Service agents, disruption to local economies and 100 other costs I do not know about.

President Obama was paid approx $400,000 per year/ 100 golf days = $4,000.00 per day.

I am not sure if Air Force 1 could taxi to the end of the runway for $4,000.00 .

Tampa Bay Times to lay off dozens of staff in response to Trump tariffs


The Tampa Bay Times announced that it would cut about 50 jobs after new tariffs imposed by the Trump administration dramatically increased the cost of newsprint.


A spokeswoman for the Times confirmed the layoffs to the Tampa Bay Business Journal, saying they are directly in response to the tariffs imposed on newsprint imported from Canada.
