Best "fix" for you problem are good quality form fitting latex or nitrile gloves..Keeps your hands clean and as a bonus provides a better finger grip.

Pebkac has a good point, it soaks into your skin. Last time I used warm water and soap, but did it until my hands were all wrinkly. 15 minutes at the sink got it faded to what usually takes a day or two.
