The problem isn't so much fake news, is the fact that too many Americans are ignorant. They can tell you LeBron's stat line but couldn't tell you Joe Biden's voting record in the senate. Doesn't take much to fool a low information voter.

I feel for this country. Let's face it, the majority in this country are ignorant on the real issues. Not just dems. I also include conservatives. Most don't understand the constitution and I see little evidence that a college degree makes much of a difference.

These same people are likely to be easily persuaded by the very convincing deep fake technology used by Russia and China to influence the US 2020 Presidential election.

I am sure more people know LeBron James' stat lines than Joe Biden's voting record is in the Senate.

I really do not care much about either.

I only know what is important, "Dump Trump 2020"! because he knowingly and deliberately used Russian disinformation in the 2016 election to influence voters.
