If one can dig out the facts it can be real old-fashioned news. Unfortunately, it seems half the country only hears opinions. Like Mika and Joe. Or, Cooper. Or Don lemon...who has really stepped in it lately. At least Tucker has real people on his show to tell their own story about what they actually saw and experienced. Even the five has Juan and Jessica to share a liberal perspective. When Miguel Almaguer reported facts concerning Paul Pelosi he was suspended from NBC. This is not an isolated incident because CNN, MSNBC and CBS have a narrative that disallows facts to be reported if it does not fit what they choose. Tucker Carlson admitted in his text messages with Laura Ingraham that he didn't actually believe trumpy's big lie about the so called stolen election. He only continued to lie only because it's what his audience wanted to hear. Hannity also admitted he knew trumpy was lying. Ingraham as well. If I was a part of the Fox audience I would feel insulted. The millionaire hosts don't believe their audience is intelligent enough to understand the truth. If they did this with the stolen election hoax, what else are they lying to their audience about?

Republican strategist was sentenced Friday to 18 months in prison for his role in helping funnel illegal foreign campaign contributions from a Russian national into former President Trump's 2016 campaign, per the Department of Justice.

Driving the news: Jessie Benton, a former senior aide to Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell and Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.), orchestrated a scheme to conceal the illegal foreign donation with another GOP political advisor.

Benton, 45, was convicted in November of conspiring to solicit and cause an illegal campaign contribution by a foreign national, effecting a conduit contribution, and causing false records to be filed with the Federal Election Commission, per the DOJ.
