                The New York district attorney must be a beneficiary of Affirmative Action because he clearly doesn't understand the law.

                The charges that he brought against Trump are like Murder on the Orient Express without the body.

                                                It hasn't been proven that he paid her anything let alone that if he did it was he did not use donor contributions to his campaign. The prosecution has yet to prove anything or provide any evidence. All that has happened is the arraignment or reading of the charges. Up next is the discovery portion where the prosecution must turn over to the defense team all the evidence they intend to present, a list of all the witnesses to include any depositions taken under oath which any testimony given before the grand jury and a list of any known possible exculpatory evidence they are aware.
