If it was that serious of an event why didn't she report if 27 or 28 years ago when it happened instead of waiting until 2019 to file a lawsuit? Back then NYCSI could have obtained all kinds of physical evidence that is now no longer there. things like DNA evidence from the alleged crime scene and by swabbing wherever she claims to have been penetrated, remember rape involves penetration and not merely touching, Back then the exact date would have been entered into the police reports. She cannot even remember the when it was other than sometime in 1995 or 1996. If she can't remember that, is she sure that it happened and who actually did it.

Major department stores did have security cameras back that could have been checked to verify if Trump was even in the department store during the same time frame that she was.
