You're way to young to feel fifty. Without knowing your diet it sounds like you may have body fluid retention ,caused from a few different things.

If your body is storing heavywater H4O you may need to drink alkaline water to hydrade your body, which will give you back your youthful get up and go. You can buy commercial microcluster/alkaline water machine off the internet. Or you can simply build your own....

RThe town had a dual water systems, 1 for drinking and cooking water and one for everything else, and 3 faucets in every kitchen . Later when the state condemned the tank cars they installed the first fully functional community operated reverse osmosis water filtration system. If you drank too much well water it would give you what we called the backyard trots, i.e. sudden extreme need to drain your bladder.

The great artesian basin in outback desert country of Australia,has a huge vast underground water table. The water comes out of the ground hot under pressure. Its around 70deg Celsius in temperature. The water has a slight sodium or sulphur content to it. For those drinking the water for the first time it will cause them to get the trotts. The water is otherwise clean and okay to drink if left to cool down for 24hrs. The people who live in the desert country have coldwater systems, the opposite to every other town, who have hotwater systems. The water is very mineralised and corrosive to metal water tanks... Cold watertanks are replaced at intervals....

Shootings in New York City have continued to spike at such a rate that the number of those wounded by gunfire climbed by 414% last week (7/23/2020) compared with the same period in 2019, according to the latest NYPD statistics. It's been shown that recently enacted bail reform laws are encouraging crime.
The increase has city officials scrambling to find a plan to stem the bloodshed. (How about getting rid of that stupid, incompetent mayor and that terrible, worthless governor??).

I listern to NYPD radio channel last night for a period, I never heard about any shootings..
There was a brick thrown through someones window... A few people upset...

Monitor the radio channels for youself an work out what is media fact an what is fiction based stats. Stats are sensationalized and manipulated with percentage ratios. People attach themselves to the problem with ooooh's an aaahh's. Never do people say to themselves is this real or false. Say to yourself am I being sheep herded by a media shepherd (anchor news reader) to believe in some agenda or narrative...

Understanding by using a math approach to a problem.
It's very important to hear/gather both sides of a story (union) to determine the center line (intersection set) of facts to determine what is fiction. Every item outside the intersection set of both stories is probably fiction. Use occums razor.

In a word, use an equal amount of "discernment".

All I have read about in the liberal [sic] media is a new vaccine has to be developed and fast, but we all know that drugs often take years before they hit the shelves.

Even if hydroxychloroquine helps, it is not a cure. It is not some miracle treatment that will save everyone who gets hospitalized with covid. So far I haven't seen any definitive results. The test in France was flawed. Two more recent tests were cancelled early, and the latest test removed some people before the conclusion which could have potentially skewed the results.
If hydroxychloroquine works, great but don't plan the parade yet.
