Odds of being killed by police, without race being a consideration, is 1 in 2,000 for men and 1 in 33,000 for women over a lifetime.

Lightning is 1 in 139,000.

So, that means it's more likely a black person would be struck by lightning than die at the hands of police.
Of those 251....14 were unarmed, which takes the chances to 1 out of 3.1 Million.
