I mean, Joe is out on the world stage going off script and calling for regime change in Russia. Joe's handlers are trying to walk that back but Putin heard it loud and clear.

Joe also is antagonizing Putin while trying to be a tough guy. Problem is that Joe isn't a tough guy. And that's where it gets scary if you pay attention. Putin knows Joe is weak and will avoid conflict at all costs. Putin is about to try him. Watch.

But the Republican habit of giving the ultra rich big tax breaks usually results in the same thing, because that lost revenue has to be made up somewhere.
