Re: Let the truth be known

Rudy Giuliani has been told by prosecutors in Georgia that he is a target of the special purpose grand jury investigating whether former President Donald Trump and his allies violated the law in their efforts to flip the 2020 election results in Georgia.

A prosecutor from the Fulton County District Attorney's office called Giuliani's Georgia counsel on Monday to inform him that Giuliani is now considered a target of their investigation, said Bob Costello, another attorney for Giuliani.

"This comes on the heels of us asking him probably six or seven times" whether Giuliani was a target, Costello said. He said the district attorney's office previously declined to answer that question.

I didn't think I needed to but here goes....he cooperated with the National Archive, everything he took was vetted and cleared. Just as every other POTUS before him. It really is that simple.

The "whataboutism" is a joke and just shows the weakness in your arguments. "But what about Hunter, and the riots, and Hilary's friggin emails".....one does not justify the other.
From what I remember, Hillary had the balls to sit in front of a Congressional panel for 12 hours; where is Trump and his team? Pleading the fifth and trying to wiggle out of every subpoena issued.
Now I am not biologists, but it would seem Hilary has bigger balls than Donald.

Now, I do agree that 5 years to scan Obamas documents is excessive, being that we could accomplish this over a weekend while drinking the entire time, but remember we are talking about the federal government here. Consider the source

And so did Trump. In fact President Trump allowed NARA to take all the document they wanted. Obama on the other hand told NARA that he would digitize the documents and submit the digitized versions to NARA. That not yet happened for most of those he took.

First, with the search warrant at Trump's Mar-a-Lago residence now public, it shows the possibility of alleged crimes that are significant. The warrant is based upon probable cause to believe, first, that taking large quantities of materials to Mar-a-Lago violated the core federal criminal document preservation statute related to presidential records. It forbids the willful concealment, removal, or destruction of documents -- classified or not -- belonging to the government of the United States. The maximum penalty is three years' imprisonment.

More serious still is the possible violation of the federal Espionage Act, also listed on the warrant. Its violation carries a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison. Individuals are subject to conviction under the act if they willfully retain and fail to deliver information "relating to the national defense" upon the demand of a federal officer entitled to receive such information that has come into the individuals' possession.

It's incredible how far trumpy supporters will go to provide cover for this criminal. The lies just get more and more fantastic as the previous ones get debunked. The worst part is, is that the most indoctrinated will believe them no matter how ridiculous they are

Ushered everyone out asked to have internal cams shut off.(didn't happen)
Didn't allow attorneys closer than 10' to view the warrent.
But they are paying the price for that now.
