But for some reason, that's not an option for leftists with Twitter. They claim that Musk needs to maintain the same level of censorship that previously existed or it will be a threat to free speech and democracy. Care to give us a legitimate reason for the disparity?

I have no idea what you are talking about. I do not have a personal relationship with Musk.

I do know that bullying and hate have increased exponentially since he bought the company. If that is what you consider "free speech" so be it.

I have zero interest in twitter. I have never used it and I will never use it.
I have no control over others actions concerning twitter.

No, I don't deny that. But only one side calls for complete censorship of everything they find offensive (for whatever reason) and it isn't the right. Censorship is never a good thing and it proves nothing except that those calling for are afraid to hear other viewpoints. When you remove a man's (or woman's) voice you don't prove them to be a liar, you only show your own fear.

They are the ones blocking dissenting opinions. They claim it's because of tolling, but in fact it's because they hate it when one uses their own discussion techniques against them. They can insult anyone at anytime, but if anyone throws it back at them their victimhood comes into full view.
