That is not the issue . The issue is teaching these elementary kids in school that they are not boys or girls . If you think Tim Scott is extreme , you are to far gone out of reality .

Nobody is teaching kids they are not boys or girls. Is that what you actually believe? Look up the word "gullible" I'm betting there is a picture of you beside the definition.
Teaching about the existence of something isn't forcing anyone to become that something.

When I was growing up, we had guns around us all the time. We did not have "gun free zones" and as a results we didn't have mass shootings other than territorial gang wars in the big cities.

We had NRA gun safety classes every summer for children from about 8 years old and up. BTW they were free. My brother and I got our first Daisy when I was 8 and our first 22 caliber rifle by age of 12. The high school had a rifle range in the basement. The only reason it was closed was due to lead contamination that was going to be far too expensive to abate. Modern indoor ranges now have active lead abatement systems that prevent lead contamination.

Our school systems recreation department ran a campground on the coast that had an outdoor rifle range. I work as a staff member the summer after my freshman year of high school. During our freshman year of high school, all of us who were going to be staff members had to take an additional NRA course to qualify us for running a youth rifle range.

It was very common to gun racks in pickup trucks, even in the high school parking lots.

That's when guns were just tools. Now they are treated as symbols of freedom and they are almost fetishized. Now every gun owner needs to have thirty guns to prove something to themselves or others.
