Chinese Covid outbreak has now infected 1.6 million worldwide and claimed almost 96,000 lives.
Only 1,398,400,000 to go until we reach H1N1 "total infected numbers", and we're still 479,400 deaths shy of the H1N1 deaths.
I am sure glad we went ahead and wrecked the global economy over this, aren't you?

According to our media, South Africa has reported only one case of Covid infection and one death.

Do you know if the video is current?. Or was it archive footage taken from some time previous? Like during the gulf war the media reused old film footage as current gulf war events.

Do you know if there was a precursor that triggered the flurry? Do you know if it was a one off event?

Its important to know the time line so that this event doesn't create waves of social hysteria.

What the hell are you talking about? Car companies spend millions of dollars making cars safer every year, doesn't sound like no one cares
There is a flu vaccine every year, doesn't sound like no one cares.
There are multiple organisations fighting hunger around the world, doesn't sound like no one cares.

BUT as more info comes out it seems that China and W.H.O. had something to do with the Delay in getting the information to the rest of the world.

Now it seems the U.N. is giving China a larger role in it's activities!????
