I'll tell you one thing, he would not last a week here in Bakersfield. With that attitude toward Red and his music, even the liberals here would run him out of town on a rail. Red is a principle ingredient in what is known as the Bakersfield Sound along with Buck Owens and Merle Haggard. Red and Merle died within 3 month of each other. Buck had died 10 years earlier. Buck was an entertainer to the very end doing 2 sessions every Friday and Saturday night to include the night that he died later in his sleep.

Supermarkets have a "covid kop" at the entrance, but they are not as bad as these two.

Sure buddy. In reality, I point out Trudeau's massive failures on the vaccine rollout and Canada's "racist" voting laws. You and the other Canadian have dodged those 2 issues or made childish statements like the one above. I'm still waiting for you guys to prove it wrong.

Tesco has fucking traffic lights on the entrance.
The lunacy is pubs are opening soon, how the hell can you wear a mask and social distance while intoxicated, yet the face masks might still be required till the summer in the law-abiding supermarkets

Where I live, pubs must stopping serving food or beverage by 10:00 PM. All patrons must exit the premises by 11:00 PM.

You must wear a mask at all times within the pub except when you are seated.

If you have to go to the restroom, you need to wear a mask.

Chairs at the bar must be socially distanced by 6 feet.

There is no mingling at the bar nor dancing permitted.

These rules seem to be working well and bar owners are grateful for the revenue.

That's all very well for someone that goes to a pub has a couple of drinks and goes home, how is a small country pub going to enforce these rules on drunk people, I can see the larger chains having problems. Maybe it's different here, a lot of British people go to the pub and get drunk.
