    IR 2016 CANON

    hi friends, am new here and have come with a problem.My IR 2016 Canon is producing a faint copy one side, what could be the problem?

      Remove the drum & dev unit, check the dev unit is racked upto the drum evenly.

      There was a modification to the dev unit on this model for faint copies.

      However I had good success when I worked on this old model by removing the doc blade & increasing the gap to allow more toner on the dv roller, give this a try.
