I knew that's what happened when their entire system was completely down for at least a week. We couldn't order anything at all and I couldn't download manuals as needed for a few weeks. What irks me about the whole situation is that they never said a word to us about it the entire time they were down. I don't know if that has anything to do with it, but in Europe we also had a lot of order delays. I thought about the summer holidays but maybe this has something to do with it.Comment

Did Canon get hit as well? Their e-support site was down for nearly a month. And went down right soon after KM's came back up.Comment
