Technology giant Konica Minolta hit by a ransomware attack
A tree is known by its fruit, a man by his deeds. A good deed is never lost, he who sows courtesy, reaps friendship, and he who plants kindness gathers love.
Blessed are they who can laugh at themselves, for they shall never cease to be amused.

I knew that's what happened when their entire system was completely down for at least a week. We couldn't order anything at all and I couldn't download manuals as needed for a few weeks. What irks me about the whole situation is that they never said a word to us about it the entire time they were down. Just come clean and say what's up instead of saying we can't order anything.
Started in the copier service business in the fall of 1988 and worked at the same company for 33.5 years, becoming the senior tech in 2004 but left to pursue another career on 4/29/22.

I don't know if that has anything to do with it, but in Europe we also had a lot of order delays. I thought about the summer holidays but maybe this has something to do with it.
