New York Times Editorial Board Chastises Biden for Governing By Executive Order

The New York Times editorial board fired a shot over President Joe Biden’s bow after he issued more executive orders in his opening days in office than apparently any of his predecessors, at least going back to the 1930s.
In a piece The Times published Wednesday, titled “Ease Up on the Executive Actions, Joe,” the editors highlighted the “raft of executive orders” signed by the president.
The official White House website lists over 30 executive actions to date.

Some have included canceling the Keystone XL pipeline, freezing leases for oil and gas drilling on federal lands and waters, halting construction on the southern border wall, reaffirming the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program and pausing deportations of illegal immigrants, USA Today reported, as well as disbanding the 1776 Commission.
Others dealt with reversing the ban on transgender people serving in the military, extending federal nondiscrimination protections to include those who identify with the LGBTQ+ community, ending restrictions on federal aid dollars being used to fund abortions overseas (the so-called “Mexico City Policy”), according to Politico.

Various additional orders were aimed at promoting racial equity and addressing the COVID-19 pandemic and climate change.
“But this is no way to make law,” the editorial board at The Times said. “A polarized, narrowly divided Congress may offer Mr. Biden little choice but to employ executive actions or see his entire agenda held hostage.

“These directives, however, are a flawed substitute for legislation. They are intended to provide guidance to the government and need to work within the discretion granted the executive by existing law or the Constitution.

“They do not create new law — though executive orders carry the force of law — and they are not meant to serve as an end run around the will of Congress. By design, such actions are more limited in what they can achieve than legislation, and presidents who overreach invite intervention by the courts.”
Indeed in a Tuesday ruling, a federal district court judge temporarily barred the Biden administration from implementing its 100-day pause on deportations.
In the lawsuit, the Texas attorney general argued the deportation moratorium violated federal law concerning the executive branch.
PolitiFact determined that GOP Sen. Marco Rubio’s claim Friday that Biden issued more executive orders than any of his predecessors at the same point in their time in office was true.

“Biden issued 17 executive orders on his first two days in office, compared with [former President Donald] Trump who issued one and [former President Barack] Obama who issued two. Biden issued three proclamations, while Trump and Obama each issued one,” the outlet said.
“If Rubio was referring to a president’s first two days in office (instead of any two-day period), the available documents show that he is correct dating back to President Franklin D. Roosevelt,” PolitiFact added, noting that records prior to FDR’s time in office are not complete enough to evaluate the claim.
The Washington Examiner determined that Biden issued 32 executive orders in his first week in office — compared to Trump, who issued four, and Obama, five.

Chief federal judge in DC scorches Capitol riot suspects and keeps man who was in Pelosi's office in jail
            By Katelyn Polantz, CNN
Updated 9:48 PM EST, Thu January 28, 2021

(CNN)The chief judge of the federal court in Washington scorched Capitol riot suspects during a hearing on Thursday, calling their actions an assault on American democracy and ruling that a man who had bragged about putting his feet on a desk in House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's office should stay in jail as he awaits trial.

"This was not a peaceful protest. Hundreds of people came to Washington, DC, to disrupt the peaceful transfer of power," Chief Judge Beryl Howell of the DC District Court said in the hourlong hearing for Capitol riot defendant Richard Barnett on Thursday.

Saw this news article last week, and was surprised to see CNN sell out their DNC overlords! The narrative is that President Trump incited the riot at the Capitol, but CNN just blew that narrative up! Maybe you guys missed it. Maybe it was already posted on here. Either way.........Here you go!

US Capitol riots: Members of extremist Oath Keepers group planned attack, prosecutors say - CNNPolitics

(CNN) Prosecutors on Tuesday filed the first significant conspiracy charge in the US Capitol attack, alleging that three members of the so-called Oath Keepers, an extremist militant group, planned and coordinated ahead of the January 6 assault. In an amended complaint unsealed Tuesday in federal court, an FBI agent divulged striking new details about the group's efforts. Jessica Watkins, the alleged founder of an Ohio militia, had instructions to make explosives out of bleach printed out at her home, according to the court document.
Chilling messages sent between the militants during the siege that are quoted in the complaint appear to indicate they were searching for lawmakers inside the building as they sought to stop Congress from certifying the presidential election.

According to a recording of walkie-talkie-like communications that the militant group members were allegedly having during the riot, Watkins said that she was part of a team of 30 to 40 people.

"We have a good group. We have about 30-40 of us. We are sticking together and sticking to the plan," Watkins said, according to the affidavit

Oath Keepers was founded in March 2009, and that's when Richard Mack was quoted as saying, "The greatest threat we face today is not terrorists; it is our federal government....."

So, if these "oath keepers" are the one's who planned, trained, coordinated and carried out the attack on our capitol.........................How is it Trump's Fault?? I'll Wait.
And again, Kudos to CNN for completely destroying the narrative that this was Trump's fault.

Doesn't surprise me his whole life has been a fake!

Big Tech and Team Biden are working feverishly to manipulate the public into believing the newly sworn in dictator is actually adored by millions.
Twitter appears to be creating fake accounts to follow Biden and give his ostensibly dismal popularity a boost, in yet another pitiful attempt to convince the world that the scandal-plagued Democrat won the presidential election by an unprecedented and unrealistic 81 million American votes. 70 percent of them all joined [Twitter] in January and have zero followersTwitter followersapproximately 88.7 million followers.
YouTube is also doing damage control for Biden. massively downvoted
While the tech giants protect Biden from the people, a federal appeals court ruled Trump had violated the Constitution by blocking people from following his Twitter account when they mocked or trolled him.

The man who stepped to the podium during his inauguration, to address a mall void of life, earned more votes than any other presidential candidate in American history without campaigning and without any primary victories in his first two runs (in 1987 and 2008).immigrants, Hispanics and Asians, and black voters to the Republican candidate.

Fuck the muslim terrorists... throw them over the wall that Trump built #AmericaFirst

Biden Vaccinates Muslim Terrorists Before Eligible Americans

The Pentagon is planning to vaccinate detainees currently being held at the Guantanamo Bay detention camp, according to a new report. The so-called mastermind of the September 11th terrorist attacks, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, will have an opportunity to receive a coronavirus vaccine before most Americans.
The Pentagon is reportedly planning to begin vaccinating detainees at the camp as early as next week, the New York Times reported. The news comes amid reports of vaccine shortages and mounting pressureTimes, the 40 detainees at Guatanamo could voluntarily start receiving the first of two doses required for the vaccine as early as Monday. The 6,000 residents at the U.S. naval base began receiving vaccinations on Jan. 8, but the Trump administration never clarified at the time whether or not detainees would also be vaccinated.

Just like all dems they worry about non-American Citizens.... bastards

GOP group launches billboard campaign urging Cruz, Hawley to resign

An anti-Trump Republican group is launching a seven-figure billboard campaign calling on a dozen GOP lawmakers to resign in the wake of the Jan. 6 insurrection at the U.S. Capitol.

The billboard advertisements from the Republican Accountability Project, a group formed earlier this month by GOP critics of former President Trump, target 10 members of the House and two senators, Ted Cruz (R-Texas) and Josh Hawley (R-Mo.), who voted against certifying the Electoral College vote this month after a mob of Trump's supporters violently stormed the Capitol.

"You lied about the election. The Capitol was attacked. Sen. Cruz: Resign," one billboard targeting Cruz reads. Cruz was among the most prominent Republican lawmakers who helped spread Trump's false claims of voter fraud and electoral malfeasance after his loss to President Biden in November.

The billboard campaign comes with a price tag of $1 million, according to the Republican Accountability Project. The group has already committed to raising $50 million to help reelect GOP lawmakers who vote to impeach or convict Trump for inciting the Jan. 6 insurrection.
