But I do take offence when they bring kids or elderly folks into the humor.

Personally I have never watched any of his stuff,only seen clips from commercials.Never really knew what his shtick was.

Insulting the USA is a bit like insulting the prettiest girl in the school. It may make you feel better about yourself, but she laughs at the dude.
