And what type of client? An ASCII terminal like a Wyse WY-50? I have installed and serviced a lot of those systems.
Or a PC running a terminal emulation software using either a RS-232 or network connection? I have installed and serviced a lot of those also. Or maybe a client /service software system where the client connects to the server via terminal services, been there done that. And then there are software systems that can install either as a standalone where the server is a PC that is also a client with additional clients connected over the network, or where the server application run solo on a server in the server closet and the client run on a PC and connect to the server for data. Yep, done those as well.

I have seen him post elsewhere. Mostly on threads that have to do with scanning of folder. He always suggests using FTP, never SFTP. He always gets slapped down for doing so. Apparently security was not part of his certification. It was the major part of my training to be a Unit Information Manager in the Army.

I have seen him on a few other threads as well where he also gets slapped down for not knowing what he is talking about or has zero understanding of the topic of the thread.

So his IT degree came from a Crackerjack box

The ex President was always a part time President who mostly focused on himself rather than doing the hard work of running a country.

Last Friday, a Texas resident named Chad Stark was arrested by federal authorities for allegedly posting a threat to kill a Georgia election official and other officials.

Stark is accused in an indictment of posting a message on Craigslist on Jan. 5, 2021, with the subject: “Georgia Patriots it’s time to kill [Official A] the Chinese agent - $10,000.”

That official was identified as a state election worker, and the message was written on the same day as the runoff elections for Georgia’s two U.S. Senate seats that were won by Democratic challengers, Raphael Warnock and Jon Ossoff.
