This is very simple. When you lower taxes AND cut burdensome government regulations it frees up companies to grow or create new companies. As unemployment is driven down, there are less workers that are looking for a job thus companies have to pay more because of competition in the labor market for workers.

That's simple indeed! Maybe you can also explain to us why, in general, economies perform better under left leaning governments.

Are you actually trying to tell us that giving tax breaks to billionaires helped blacks and Hispanics? Really?? That's quite a stretch.

Well for one it allowed those "rich billionaires" to bring factory jobs back to the USA. That allowed blacks and Hispanics to find good paying jobs that Obama had said were never going to happen.

In a nutshell, rich people create jobs. The less they pay in taxes, the more they have to pay in labor. And to spend more on buying merchandise which also creates jobs.

It also happened when Reagan cut taxes and when JFK cut taxes.
