Why does it have to be a man having multiple wives. Why can't a woman have multiple husbands?

On the very rare occasion when you actually answer a question, you get yourself in trouble. You said you'd sleep with a man then got embarrassed and said you were lying. Now you're on record supporting polygamy. Will you come back and tell us that you were lying again?

Leap in Gas Prices Puts $3 a Gallon in Sight
Analysts expect crowded highways and diminished stockpiles to lift gas prices into the summer driving season

The prospect of summer drivers crowding U.S. highways is powering steep gains in the price of gasoline, a sign of economic recovery and a boon for the pandemic-ravaged energy industry.

Lifted by oil’s recovery and growing consumer demand, gasoline prices at pumps in the U.S. hit an average of $2.88 a gallon over the past week, according to the AAA. That is up about one-third over this time last year, when the pandemic’s lockdowns slammed fuel usage.

Rising prices are an early season gift for fuel makers including Valero Energy Corp. and Phillips 66 after a bruising year, helping to make energy shares the top-performing sector this year in the S&P 500. A proxy for profit margins at refiners, calculated from the gap between gasoline and crude-oil futures, recently neared its highest level in three years at more than $24 a barrel.

Drivers are already paying a lot more than $3 a gallon in some states. In California, the most expensive market, average prices stand at $3.88, according to AAA. Motorists in Mississippi, Texas and Ohio, on the other hand, are paying closer to $2.60. Gas prices vary widely due to factors including tax policies and proximity to pipelines.

Some analysts see further gains ahead. Prices tend to climb closer to summer, when millions of Americans drive to vacation spots and petroleum refiners blend costlier fuel that won’t evaporate in the heat.

Correct. Biden cut the supply and now we're gonna pay for it.

I don't know about that, but with more cars on the road there is more demand for gasoline and thus the prices go up.

What do you mean that you don't know about Biden cutting the supply? It's well documented.

Interesting, I just read on a different thread that the worldwide lock-downs has lead to fewer vehicles being driven much fewer miles thus reducing CO2 production and fuel demand. You liberals cannot have it both ways.

With lockdowns lifting there are more vehicles filling up with gasoline.
The article you are referring to was stating that over the past year of less vehicles on the road causing less CO2 to be released into the atmosphere.
I'm not sure why this is so difficult to understand.

I'd say it's you that doesn't understand. What was the price of a gallon of gasoline at this time of year before Covid...when many more cars were on the road? You get the message loud and clear, correct?

There was also basically unrestrained oil production at that time which causes the price of oil to decline which results in lower fuel prices.
OPEC and Russia have recently agreed to keep oil production lower which raises the price of oil and also fuel.
