Committee reveals details of investigation into campaign’s finances
One of the key details the January 6 committee revealed during Monday’s hearing was how Trump’s lies about the election turned into millions of dollars in fundraising for Trump’s campaign and the political action committee he created after the election.
The panel made the case that Trump’s false claims about voter fraud dovetailed with his campaign’s fundraising effort – resulting in $250 million being donated to Trump and his allies, including solicited requests for an “official election defense fund,” that did not exist.

... it turns out that one of the strongest safeguards that protected American democracy in the months after the ex President's election loss was the refusal of all of the largest law firms in America to take on his case in the fear that the rigged election claims were without merit and could damage their reputations.

Trump got elected and Clinton and the media tried everything in there power to get rid of him . Starting with a Russian hoax the media just would not let go of . The white house briefings where the media bias was so obvious they lost what trust they had in the people . Next was the Ukraine phone call about a pay to play scheme that was pushed by the Democrats . Yes Trump went to far with this stolen election claim but after all the media and Democrats have tried to do to him I do not doubt he believes it was stolen. There is one very interesting fact about the 2022 general election.
