To be fair, when I look at the failures in liberal cities and states, it's very difficult for me to differentiate between DEI incompetence and plain ol' liberal incompetence. It's all a shit show. Liberals don't solve problems. They create problems.

You have to look at each instance and determine if it is indeed DEI. I don't think DEI existed when Crowley first became a firefighter. "Crowley passed the firefighters' exam in 1998, finishing in the top 50 out of more than 16,000 tests taken." That sounds like ability to me. "She joined the LAFD in 2000. During her time at the department, she has held the roles of firefighter, paramedic, engineer, fire inspector, captain, battalion chief, assistant chief, fire marshal and deputy chief." https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kristin_Crowley

Just weeks before five wildfires engulfed the City of Angels, Los Angeles fire chief Kristin Crowley warned that Mayor Karen Bass’s budget cuts to her department "severely limited" its response to wide-scale emergencies—including wildfires.

            Famous last words, slim.

Did you read the resume of Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle?

Misdirecting the discussion is what liberals do. The discussion is the LA fires, not the Secret Service.

The discussion you and I are currently having is about DEI and resumes which you brought up.

I'll ask again, did you read the resume of the head of the Secret Service. I only ask because you used the resume of the head of LAFD. I don't think I'm talking out of school.

If this dont wake up CA voters nothing will. Wait until CA sees how good their neighbor country the good ole USA is doing in the next year under Trump and maybe, just maybe they will vote Rep. (by the way I consider CA a different country and wish they would secede as they have threatened to do many times)
Hey I have an idea why doesn't CA & Canada become one county and NewSCUM & Trudeau can run the country while sucking each others D%*Ks

Look, I don't know this as fact, but I'll bet you that if you look at the resume of every DEI hire, their resume looks outstanding. Maybe its just me, but I don't look at a resume and assume that they're competent.

NO!!!! The DEI discussion we have been having is about LA fire chief Crowley, not the secret service. Good bye Billy.

Oh, I see. In order for me to believe that the resume that you posted for Crowley is legit, I'm not allowed to look at other resumes. Goodbye, Slim.

I want to issue a challenge to slim or anyone else interested. Show me one person under the DEI umbrella that you feel is incompetent. With me? Now post their resume. Sound be simple.

I'll say this much about Kristin Crowley. She was totally honest about how the LAFD was hurt by budget cuts at the hands of Mayor Bass. I'm not used to a liberal being totally upfront and honest. Refreshing.

Mayor Bass was irate over her comments and summoned Crowley to her office. It's being reported that she could be fired.

                            Here's the interview:

I've been checking on Crowley's performance as LAFD Chief. Her record isn't good. For instance, response times have gone up. And there have been other problems. However, all of this can be blamed on budget cuts and other problems that go back for a decade. There's nothing there to suggest she's competent or not.

But then I found this. Since becoming Chief, 70% of her hires have been DEI.

Hilarious didn't slim just spank you ?

I've been checking on Billy's performance as a tech on this site and yes it's quite embarrassing from asking how a cassette works to wiping a customer pc for a print issue.

I wonder if he's a DEI hire? Asking for a friend
