I wonder if he's a DEI hire? Asking for a friend
I've never seen a party fall so far so fast. Now even Hollywood has turned on Democrats. Democrats better hope that don't lose more black voters to republicans because I don't think you can survive that.

Trump warned Newsome this would happen. Newsom's political career is over. Another one bites the dust.

We have another DEI hire that's being blamed. First, I'll show you what she's being blamed for and then I'll post her resume. Hey, at least the resume is impressive.

Report: L.A. Water Chief Knew Fire Hydrants Not Working, Reservoir Offline

Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) CEO Janisse Quiñones had knowledge that the Santa Ynez Reservoir was offline, and that fire hydrants were not working, according to a recent report.

Insiders with the Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFP) reportedly told the DailyMail that Quiñones, who was hired in May on a $750,000 salary, is “being blamed” by the LAFD for leaving the Santa Ynez Reservoir in the Pacific Palisades disconnected as wildfires began in the Los Angeles area.

Additionally, Quiñones is also being blamed by LAFD for leaving fire hydrants broken for several months, according to the outlet.

“Sources” told the outlet that since being hired “at LADWP, Quiñones oversaw the shutdown and emptying of a reservoir in the Pacific Palisades during brushfire season.”

      Janisse Quiñones

Chief Executive Officer and Chief Engineer

Janisse Quiñones is the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Engineer of the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP), the nation’s largest publicly-owned water and power utility. She leads the organization of more than 11,000 employees, delivering water and power to the four million residents of Los Angeles.

Ms. Quiñones has over 25 years of leadership experience as a senior executive in utility and engineering industries and joined LADWP from Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E), where she first served as Senior Vice President of Gas Engineering and then as Senior Vice President of Electric Operations. In the latter, she oversaw electrical system operations and the power generation fleet, as well as the management of electrical assets that support the California Independent System Operator.

Prior to PG&E, Ms. Quiñones served as the Vice President of Gas Systems Engineering for National Grid, where she managed the engineering and design of natural gas distribution, transmission and infrastructure projects for National Grid’s U.S. territory, and oversaw various meter compliance, design and construction projects.

Ms. Quiñones’ experience also includes serving in the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG), both full-time and in the reserves since the 2004, including as a Commander and as Deputy, Planning and Incident Management. She is an active USCG Reserve Officer and has held prior key leadership roles at Cobra Energy, including Vice President of Operations, responsible for the restoration and reconstruction projects of the transmission and distribution electrical systems in Puerto Rico following Hurricane Maria. She also held several leadership roles at San Diego Gas & Electric, including Director of Design, Planning, Construction and Vegetation Management.

The more I learn about LAFD the more crazy it is.

The top 3 leaders of the LAFD all have the first name of Kristina. And all 3 are lesbians.

In other news, Chief Crowley said in an interview that she didn't know the reservoir was empty...that they don't tell her these things. That's crazy. It's fire season, how about asking someone, bitch.

Hilarious apparently your favorite past time is to find lesbians and transgender.

Surprise spanky there in Mississippi too.

Don't worry the Trump Administration will ban lesbians on Day One

Weird how "most" liberal women are ugly. And with the few that are hot as soon as they open their mouth about liberal politics they become ugly. If you disagree simply look at the women on MSNBC or CNN, then look at women on Fox or other conservative channels.....My theory on this is ugly women become liberals because they fit in with the ugly Dems and they will protect them.

I remember after Katrina hit , looting in New Orleans was out of control. Meanwhile, here where I live, razor wire was rolled out down the railroad tracks for miles and the military, armed with machine guns, were at every crossing.

                    LOL.

Hey, get this. I think it was the assistant fire chief. She made a commercial in response to female fire fighters not being able to carry a person out of a fire because she doesn't have the physical strength like a man.

Here's what she said. I shit you not "If a person is trapped in a burning building, then they made a bad decision and that's their fault." DEI, don't you love it. This would be funny if DEI wasn't causing folks to die. It isn't funny any more.

I've already posted the stats for the lesbian population. .8% of the population are lesbians. Apparently, all of them are in the LAFD.

Flashback: LA Water chief says her work is guided by 'equity lens'

The LA Department of Water and Power is sticking to its narrative that all hydrants in Pacific Palisades were working just fine before the fires — even though a major reservoir was taken offline beforehand.

“Any assertion that fire hydrants in the Pacific Palisades were broken before the Palisades fire is misleading and false," the department said in a statement. "L.A. Department of Water & Power was required to take the Santa Ynez Reservoir out of service to meet safe drinking water regulations. To commission the support and resources to implement repairs to Santa Ynez, L.A.D.W.P is subject to the city charter’s competitive bidding process which requires time."

Now the organization is facing further scrutiny after the county's $750,000-a-year water chief, Janisse Quinones, said her work is guided by an "equity" lens.

Quinones said in a July interview with KBLA radio that the importance of putting an "equity lens" to the DWP was "the number one thing that attracted me to this role."

"It's important to me that everything we do, it's with an equity lens and social justice and making sure that right the wrongs that we've done in the past from an infrastructure perspective, and we involve the community in that process," she said.
