It seems to me that the Mississippi supreme court recently pulled off a communist maneuver by unilaterally overturning their medical marajuana program. Sounds kinda communistic to me.

If by overturning you mean shutting down that program, then it was just the opposite of Communistic. It is the Communists who have been backing "medical marijuana" for decades.
